피카소 프레스쿨에서는 아이들이 진심으로 "배우고 싶다"고 느낄 때 거기에 진짜 마법이 태어난다고 믿습니다.
우리의 따뜻하고 사려 깊은 교사들은 한 사람 한 명의 아이들과 깊은 신뢰 관계를 구축하면서, 목적이 있는 놀이와 지적 호기심을 이끌어내는 배움의 균형을 통해 2세~5세의 아이들이 배움의 즐거움을 발견할 수 있는 환경을 갖추고 있습니다.
매일 배우고 감동하는 풍부한 시간
피카소에서의 매일은 놀라움과 발견으로 가득합니다.
탐구심을 키우는 작은 잉크 와이어리(탐구 활동)에서는, 예를 들면:
- 「물건은 어떻게 움직이는 것인가?」를 테마로, 물에 떠 있는 침몰 실험을 실시하거나,
- "생물은 어떻게 변화하는가?"를 탐구하기 위해 씨앗을 심고 성장을 관찰하거나,
- 수영장 시간에 물과 접촉하면서 배우거나
- 현지 빵집을 방문하여 반죽을 반죽하면서 빵 만들기 과정을 체험하거나
이러한 활동이 이루어집니다.이런 탐구 활동은 아이들의 호기심을 자극하고 세계의 구조를 스스로 발견하는 힘을 기릅니다.
또, 공룡 박물관 등에의 원외 학습을 통해, 교실의 틀을 넘어 배움이 한층 더 깊어집니다.
추억에 남는 연간 행사
- 미니 탐구 유닛: 세계의 구조에 대한 '왜?'라는 호기심과 놀라움을 키우는 활동
- 이벤트: 패밀리 스포츠 페스티벌(카케코나 댄스·구입 등), 생활 발표회(음악·노래·극 등)
- 계절 어드벤처: 어린이날, 칠석, 할로윈, 크리스마스, 어머니의 날, 아버지의 날 특별 활동
- 가족과의 연결: 학부모 참관일 내내 어린이 성장 공유
- 개인 축하: 한사람 한사람의 생일을 소중히 하는 특별한 생일 파티
- 커뮤니티 탐험: 배움을 현실의 세계와 연결하는 원외 학습 - 공룡 박물관, 딸기 사냥, 소방서 견학, 빵 만들기, 화과자 만들기 체험 등

🚒✨ Our Picasso Jupiter class visited the local fire station to learn all about safety and emergency preparedness. The firefighters shared important knowledge, and our students listened with focus and curiosity.
It was an invaluable experience that not only taught them what to do in case of an emergency, but also deepened their respect for the vital work of our community heroes. 👩🚒👨🚒

A Summer to Remember at KIS for our Picasso students!
