遊びの中で学びが生きる場所
ピカソ・プレスクールでは、子どもたちが心から「学びたい」と感じたとき、そこに本当の魔法が生まれると信じています。
私たちの温かく思いやりのある教師たちは、一人ひとりの子どもと深い信頼関係を築きながら、目的のある遊びと知的好奇心を引き出す学びのバランスを通じて、2歳〜5歳の子どもたちが学ぶことの楽しさを発見できる環境を整えています。
日々の学びと感動が織りなす豊かな時間
ピカソでの毎日は、驚きと発見に満ちています。
探究心を育む小さなインクワイヤリー（探究活動）では、例えば：
- 「ものはどう動くのか？」をテーマに、水に浮かぶ・沈む実験を行ったり、
- 「生きものはどう変化するのか？」を探るために種を植えて成長を観察したり、
- プールの時間に水と触れ合いながら学んだり、
- 地元のパン屋さんを訪れて、生地をこねながらパン作りの過程を体験したり
といった活動が行われます。こうした探究活動は、子どもたちの好奇心を刺激し、世界の仕組みを自ら発見する力を育みます。
また、恐竜博物館などへの園外学習を通じて、教室の枠を越えて学びがさらに深まります。リテラシー（読み書き）や初歩的な算数も、こうした意味のある体験の中に自然に織り込まれています。
思い出に残る年間行事
- ミニ探究ユニット：世界の仕組みに対する「なぜ？」という好奇心と驚きを育む活動
- イベント：ファミリースポーツフェスティバル（かけっこやダンス・球入れなど）、生活発表会（音楽・歌・劇など）
- 季節のアドベンチャー：こどもの日、七夕、ハロウィン、クリスマス、母の日・父の日の特別なアクティビティ
- ファミリーとのつながり：保護者参観日を通して子どもの成長を共有
- 個人のお祝い：一人ひとりの誕生日を大切にする、特別なバースデーパーティー
- コミュニティ探検：学びを現実の世界とつなぐ園外学習 — 恐竜博物館、いちご狩り、消防署見学、パン作り、和菓子作り体験 など
