共立メンテナンスは全国で学生寮を運営する信頼ある企業です。経験豊富な寮監スタッフが住み込みで常駐し、生活・健康・安全面のサポートを行います。
Kyoritsu Maintenance is a trusted nationwide operator of student dormitories. Experienced resident staff live on-site to support students’ daily life, health, and safety.

寮は水前寺に位置しており、公共交通機関が充実しています。
The dormitory is located in Suizenji, with excellent access to public transportation.
熊本インターナショナルスクール（KIS）は、学生寮を運営している株式会社共立メンテナンスと提携し、Grade 10〜12（高校生）を対象とした学生寮を完備しています。寮は水前寺駅、またバス停近くに位置し、KISへの通学にも便利な環境です。
KIS, in partnership with Kyoritsu Maintenance Co., Ltd., operates a student dormitory for Grades 10–12. Located near Suizenji Station, it supports students who live too far from the school to commute from home each day, as well as those whose families must relocate from Kumamoto (for example, due to a work transfer) but wish for their child to remain enrolled at KIS.
寮には経験豊富な寮母・寮父が住み込みで常駐し、生徒の安全と安心をしっかりと見守ります。オートロック、防犯カメラ、門限、非常時対応体制が整っているほか、徒歩圏内に病院もあり、万が一の体調不良やけがの際にも迅速に対応できる環境です。
The dormitory has experienced live-in dorm parents (house mother and house father) residing on-site full-time, ensuring students’ safety and peace of mind. In addition to auto-lock entry, security cameras, curfew, and emergency response systems, there is also a hospital within walking distance, providing an environment where we can respond quickly in the event of illness or injury.

寮室の設備 Dorm Room Amenities

寮内は大変明るく、清潔な環境が整っています。各部屋には、勉強机、冷暖房、クローゼット、ミニキッチン、冷蔵庫、洗濯機、シャワー（バスタブ付き）、トイレ、またWi-Fiが完備されています。

The dormitory is bright, welcoming, and impeccably maintained. Every room comes fully equipped with a study desk, heating and air conditioning, closet, mini-kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine, a private shower with bathtub, toilet, and Wi-Fi.

  • 遠方からの通学が難しく、KIS（Grade 10〜12）への入学・在籍を希望する生徒 / Grade 10–12 students who live too far from KIS to commute daily
  • 海外からKISに留学を希望する生徒 / International students who wish to study at KIS from overseas
  • 保護者の方が熊本県外へ引っ越す予定があるものの、お子様のKISでの学習を継続させたいご家庭 / Families whose parents must move away from Kumamoto but want their child to continue studying at KIS
